Korderro Brown is a dynamic leadership facilitator and coach, known for guiding professionals and organizations through transformative learning experiences. At Ascension, one of the nation’s largest nonprofit health systems, he serves as a National Facilitator within the Organizational Development team, supporting mission-aligned leadership programs across markets. He also partners with InStride as a course facilitator, coaching adult learners through competency-based leadership journeys.
Korderro holds a Doctor of Ministry Leadership degree, a master’s in Organizational Leadership, a master’s in Practical Theology, and a Bachelor of Business Administration. He brings a unique edge to team coaching and development as a certified expert in personality assessments—particularly the Enneagram—which he uses to help teams build self-awareness, navigate change, and collaborate more effectively.
He also serves as Director of Mission Services for Evangelical Homes of Michigan and leads RAGNA International, a platform for coaching and formation in faith-based organizations.
