From managing projects at El Pollo Loco to contributing to Mimi’s Café Operations, Jamie found her way to Taco Bell. Initially working in Field Operations, she embraced the company's vibrant culture and dedication to its people.

Today, Jamie channels her passion for people into her People and Culture role, leading both HQ and field-focused projects and initiatives that prioritize restaurant team members. These include spearheading Golden Bell, Taco Bell’s annual recognition event that sends its top General Managers to Hawaii for an all-expense-paid trip with a guest of their choice; managing InStride’s Tacos & Tuition education program, which expands education benefits for team members and HQ employees across the Taco Bell system; and thoughtfully implementing wellness opportunities for all employees throughout the year. Her commitment to education and the well-being of Taco Bell teams ensures seamless transitions and innovative implementations system wide.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Jamie and her husband enjoy life with their two teenagers, exploring the great outdoors through cycling, camping, and hiking.
